1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、LittleApps Inc.（以下「運営者」）が提供するSpotcodeのWebサイトおよびアプリ（以下「本サービス」）に適用されます。
2. 収集する情報
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ユーザーID、ハンドル、表示名、認証情報。
- プロフィール情報：プロフィール画像、自己紹介、地域、Webサイト、SNSおよびGitHubのハンドルなど、ユーザーが任意に入力する情報。
- ユーザーコンテンツ：投稿、コメント、写真、投票、関連リンク、通報内容。
- 位置情報：現在地およびユーザーが投稿に追加したスポットの緯度・経度、住所、場所の名称。位置情報は端末の許可を得た場合に使用します。
- 利用情報：フォロー、いいね、リポスト、ブックマーク、投票、通知など、本サービス上の操作。
- 技術・診断情報：本サービスの安全性、障害調査および改善のために保存されるエラー、動作状況、アクセスに関する情報。
3. 利用目的
- アカウントの作成、認証および管理
- 投稿、地図、プロフィール、検索、フォロー、通知などの機能提供
- ユーザーに応じたタイムライン、周辺スポットその他の表示
- 不正利用の防止、通報対応、セキュリティの維持
- 利用状況の把握、障害の調査、品質および性能の改善
- 問い合わせおよびサポートへの対応
4. 公開される情報
「自分だけ」を含む投稿の公開範囲は、一般ユーザーに対する表示範囲を指定するものです。管理者権限を持つ運営担当者は、開発者モードを有効にすると、「自分だけ」に設定された投稿も閲覧できます。
公開アカウントのプロフィール、投稿、写真、コメント、投稿に追加された場所、いいねやリポストなどは、他のユーザーまたは一般の閲覧者に表示される場合があります。公開前に、投稿内容や位置情報に個人を特定できる情報が含まれていないか確認してください。非公開設定や投稿ごとの公開範囲が利用できる場合、その設定に従って表示範囲を制御します。
5. 外部サービスと情報の送信先
運営者は、機能提供のために以下の外部サービスを利用します。これらの事業者は、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従ってIPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、リクエスト内容などを処理する場合があります。
- Supabase：認証、データベース、画像等のファイル保存。
- GitHub：任意のアカウント連携、プロフィール、リポジトリおよび関連情報の取得。
- OpenStreetMap／Nominatim、国土地理院、Esri：地図、地点、住所および地理情報の表示。
- ipwho.is：端末の位置情報が利用できない場合のおおよその地域判定。
- connpass：ユーザーが指定したイベント情報の取得。
- CDNサービス：本サービスが利用するプログラムおよび素材の配信。
Google Mapsなど外部サイトへのリンクを開いた場合、その外部サイトのポリシーが適用されます。
6. 広告とトラッキング
本サービスは、第三者広告を表示する目的、または他社のアプリやWebサイトを横断してユーザーを追跡する目的で個人データを利用しません。
7. 保存期間と削除
情報は、本サービスの提供、法令遵守、紛争対応および安全確保に必要な期間保存します。ユーザーが投稿等を削除した場合、通常の表示対象から削除されますが、バックアップや不正対策用記録には一定期間残る場合があります。
プロフィール情報はアプリ内の設定から修正できます。アカウントおよび関連データの削除を希望する場合は、下記の問い合わせ先から依頼してください。問い合わせにはパスワード等の機密情報を記載しないでください。本人確認のため、登録アカウントでの追加操作をお願いする場合があります。
8. 安全管理
運営者は、アクセス制御、通信の暗号化その他の合理的な措置を用いて情報を保護します。ただし、インターネット上の送信または保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
9. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を認識しながら収集することを意図していません。該当する情報の収集が判明した場合は、削除のために対応します。
10. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合、本ページに改定内容と発効日を掲載します。重要な変更については、本サービス内その他の適切な方法で通知します。
11. お問い合わせ
プライバシー、アカウントまたはデータ削除に関する問い合わせは、Spotcodeサポート窓口からご連絡ください。公開Issueにはメールアドレス、パスワード、正確な位置情報などの機密情報を記載しないでください。
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Spotcode website and applications (the “Service”) provided by LittleApps Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, user ID, handle, display name, and authentication information.
- Profile information: profile image, bio, location, website, social-media handles, GitHub handle, and other information you choose to provide.
- User content: posts, comments, photos, polls, related links, and reports.
- Location information: your current location and the latitude, longitude, address, and place name of spots you attach to posts. Device location is used only with device permission.
- Usage information: follows, likes, reposts, bookmarks, votes, notifications, and other interactions with the Service.
- Technical and diagnostic information: errors, operational status, and access information retained to secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage accounts.
- To provide posts, maps, profiles, search, follows, notifications, and other features.
- To personalize timelines, nearby spots, and other content shown to a user.
- To prevent abuse, process reports, and maintain security.
- To understand usage, investigate errors, and improve quality and performance.
- To respond to support requests.
4. Information You Make Public
Post audience settings, including “Only me,” specify visibility to ordinary users. Service administrators with administrator privileges can view posts marked “Only me” when developer mode is enabled.
Profiles, posts, photos, comments, attached places, likes, reposts, and similar activity from public accounts may be visible to other users or the public. Check that content and location information do not reveal information you do not intend to share. Where private-account or per-post audience controls are available, visibility follows those settings.
5. Service Providers and External Services
We use the following services to operate Spotcode. Under their own privacy policies, these providers may process IP addresses, device or browser information, and request data.
- Supabase: authentication, database services, and file storage.
- GitHub: optional account linking and retrieval of profile, repository, and related information.
- OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, and Esri: maps, places, addresses, and geographic information.
- ipwho.is: approximate regional lookup when device location is unavailable.
- connpass: event information requested by a user.
- Content delivery networks: delivery of software and assets used by the Service.
When you open a link to an external site such as Google Maps, that site’s privacy policy applies.
6. Advertising and Tracking
We do not use personal data to display third-party advertising or to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect users and the Service. Deleted content is removed from normal display but may remain temporarily in backups or abuse-prevention records.
You can edit profile information in the app’s settings. To request deletion of an account and associated data, contact us using the method below. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information in your initial request. We may ask you to take an additional action from the registered account to verify ownership.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and other reasonable measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy by posting the revised text and effective date on this page. We will provide additional notice in the Service or by another appropriate method when a change is material.
11. Contact
For privacy, account, or data-deletion requests, contact the Spotcode support channel. Do not post email addresses, passwords, precise locations, or other sensitive information in a public issue.
